Once you figure that out it becomes easier to play. It's just microing your units in Napoleon, same as in Rome 2.

I didnt know there was a American Civil War mod for Napoleon, is it better. Empire had a global map which really only Rome 2 surpassed that, and apart from that Napoleon had a smaller map which was very bad imho. To be quite Frank I really want them to make a new medieval Total war because that game needs a next-gen update or release. Like just go look at rome one compared the rome 2. Like the entire series is an entirety is done way more than just what Napoleon has done. I think saying Napoleon revolutionized the series is giving away too much credit. Napoleon being gunpowder there's really only two Total wars that fit in there and that's empire and Napoleon To be quite Frank there's only three kinds of Total war Other than three kingdoms and Warhammer 3 I'm not going to lie I've never played Napoleon and I've played every Total war game.
